Design program related to the development of the "Rainbow Children's House" to be implemented under the call "TOP - Plus-1.3.2-23 – Sustainable Urban Development" Title: 7633 Pécs, Dr. Veress Endre u. 6. Site registration number: Pécs 529/75 hrsz. Owner: Municipality of Pécs City with County Rights Operator: Pécs Cultural Center (PKK) Plot area: 8889 m2 Current building floor area: Ground floor: net 1303.5 m2 gross 1700 m2 Upper floor: net 1462.1 m2 gross 1700 m2 Total: net 2765.6 m2 gross 3400 m2 Tasks of the awarded tenderer include preparing static design documentation/dimensioning/declaration related to flooding investigation for flat-roof facilities. The awarded tenderer is tasked with preparing permit and detailed plans in compliance with development goals and applicable regulations. The program includes partial demolition + targeted structural reinforcement + full renovation of the existing building. The design principle is that interventions should preserve main functional units, especially the theatre hall, and achieve a more functional spatial layout of the building.
