TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an atomic force microscope AFM – 1 pc. 2. CPV code: 38510000-3 Microscopes 3. The delivered subject of the contract must be brand new, complete and technically operational. The term "brand new" means the subject of the contract that has not been used before the delivery date, except for use necessary to perform a test of its correct operation after manufacture. The subject of the contract must be free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – OPZ. 5. A detailed scope of execution of the subject of the contract, constituting the designed provisions of the public procurement contract, is contained in the contract template, constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR. 6. The Contractor is obliged to include in the offer all necessary hardware and software drivers, operating and auxiliary equipment as well as installation and software to implement the functional assumptions of the subject of the contract. 1.
