TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) – 1 unit. 2. CPV code: 38510000-3 Microscopes 3. The supplied item of the contract must be brand new, complete, and technically fit for use. By the statement “brand new” it is understood that the contract item has not been used prior to the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out a test of its proper operation after manufacture. The item of the contract must be free from physical and legal defects and from claims by third parties. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ. 5. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, constituting the draft contractual provisions for the public procurement, is provided in the contract template, constituting Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. The Contractor is required to include in its tender all necessary equipment, hardware and software drivers, operating/consumable equipment, installations, and software needed to implement the functional assumptions of the subject of the contract. 1.
