TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a 3D printer for metal using WAAM technology – 1 pc. Place of delivery: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Building B-9, ul. Łukasiewicza 7-9, 50-371 Wrocław CPV code: 42962000-7 Printing and graphic devices 2. The delivered item of the contract must be factory-new, complete, and technically functional. By the statement “factory-new” is meant the contract item, unused prior to the day of delivery, with the exception of use necessary to perform a test of its correct operation after it has been manufactured. The contract item must be free from physical and legal defects and from claims of third parties. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ. 4. A detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, constituting draft provisions of the contract for a public procurement, is set out in the contract template, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the right of option. 6.
