Design contract for the preparation of complete, discipline-wide planning documentation for the extension of the new Health Sciences Educational Centre of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Training of SZTE to the existing educational building (6726 Szeged, Temesvári körút 31., hrsz. 233.), including coordination with the authorities and obtaining approval/permit decisions, and including the level of detail required for carrying out the construction works. Planned areas (useable floor area m2): - Main rooms total: 1 522 m2 - Garage basement: 1 000 m2 - Creation of parking spaces: 300 m2 Total useable floor area: 2 822 m2 The design task includes in particular, but not exclusively: • preparing the updated status plan of the main building and surveying the plot by geodesy, • ensuring that the extension complies with the rooms listed in the attached design program, their functions and specified floor areas, together with compliance with staffing numbers and needs, • coordinating and optimising all discipline plans. • if necessary, preparing/purchasing the technology plan and harmonising it with the discipline plans.
