TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of lubricants under a framework sales contract. Total quantity (planned): 22,569 ME (pcs, L) / 12 months. The given quantities were determined based on previous usage experience, so-called experiential quantities. These experiential quantities are provided for the purpose of substantiated evaluation of the bids and to determine the total bid price excluding VAT; the quantities procured under the contract may differ from these experiential data. Bidders must submit their bids with awareness of the above. Only unit prices will be indicated in the annex of the contract to be concluded. The contracting authority undertakes to issue orders amounting to 70% of the total framework amount fixed in the framework contract. The detailed product list and the technical and professional requirements related to the products are included in the product list table, which is part of the procurement documents. The types and technical characteristics of the products specified in the table have been determined based on the contracting authority’s previous orders, which data may still change as a result of negotiations in the second, tendering phase of the procedure.
