T-131-25-1 Procurement of various lubricants under a sales framework agreement. Total quantity (planned): 5,523.50 ME (PCS, KG, L) / 12 months The specified quantities are based on previous usage experience, so-called estimated quantities. The estimated quantities are provided for the purpose of a well-founded evaluation of bids and for the determination of the bid total without VAT; quantities procured under the contract may differ from these estimated data. The bidder must submit their offer with this in mind. Only unit prices will be indicated in the annex of the contract to be concluded. The contracting authority undertakes to issue orders amounting to 70% of the framework amount fixed in the framework agreement. The detailed product listing and the related technical and professional requirements are included in the product list table forming part of the procurement documents. The types and technical characteristics of the products specified in the table are based on previous orders of the contracting authority, which data may still be changed as a result of negotiations in the second, bidding phase of the procedure.
