TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance, repair, and, if necessary, installation of refrigeration-air conditioning and heat pump equipment within the metro area under a framework service contract. Total quantity (planned): 52,632 occasions, 2,970 hours, 135 pcs, 1,140 m/36 months. The contracting authority notes that on the date of publishing the call for tender, the number of equipment to be maintained/repaired under this procedure is 1,558 pieces. The detailed description is found in the Price Table, and the technical requirements for the tasks to be performed are contained in the Technical Requirements. The quantities provided in the Price Table are based on previous usage experience, so-called experiential quantities. These experiential quantities were provided for the purpose of well-founded evaluation of tenders and to determine the total price excluding VAT; the quantities actually procured under the contract may differ from these experiential data.
