Procurement of paints and auxiliaries under a sales framework agreement. Total quantity (planned): 11,056 units (PC, L) /24 months The quantities given have been determined based on previous usage experience, so-called empirical quantities. The empirical quantities are provided to enable a well-founded evaluation of bids and for the determination of the total bid price excluding VAT; the quantities procured under the contract may differ from these empirical data. The tenderer must submit its offer in light of the foregoing. Only unit prices will be listed in the annex to the concluded contract. The contracting authority undertakes to issue purchase orders worth 70% of the framework amount set in the framework contract. The detailed product list and the corresponding technical and professional requirements are included in the product list table, which is part of the procurement documents. The types and technical characteristics of the products specified in the table have been determined based on the contracting authority's previous orders and may still change as a result of negotiations in the second, bidding phase of the procedure.
