TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality wants to conclude an agreement with an organization that has the expertise and proficiency to provide language training for the municipality. The purpose of this agreement is to remove barriers in language proficiency (listening, understanding, speaking, reading, and writing) through language training to promote reintegration into work, sustainable employment retention, and social self-reliance. The language lessons are provided to a differentiated target group, with a focus on offering space for a dual setup of the language lessons alongside activation and reintegration trajectories and/or work. This is not an integration course, but language education applicable to and/or aimed at the workplace.
