TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Tuusula requests tenders for art procurement coordination services within the municipal area. Rykmentinpuisto Art Programme and Steering Group: The steering group drafts and directs the methods and practices for art procurements according to the art programme. It decides on artist selections and their criteria, use of project appropriations, schedules, and acts as the contracting partner with the artists. In separate projects, the contracting partner is the management of each project. The Art Coordinator acts as the secretary of the group and agrees on the agenda with the chairperson. The Art Coordinator presents and implements alternative methods of art procurement for each respective target. The Art Coordinator facilitates practical matters between the artist, client, and construction contract. The coordinator is responsible for communication according to the schedules of the contracts. The tasks also include preparing artist agreements. The Art Coordinator's role concerning the Rykmentinpuisto Art Programme is continuous.
