TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority establishes a framework arrangement related to special inspections of structures and repair design, in which framework agreement suppliers are selected. Based on this framework agreement, the contracting authority commissions special inspections of structures, repair design, design during the works, strengthening design, and other related studies. A framework agreement may also be used to commission expert tasks related to design and inspections of structures that are not specified in the procurement documents. The tasks are always defined separately for each assignment. Four (4) framework agreement suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement, unless there are fewer suppliers that meet the eligibility requirements or fewer acceptable tenders. The contract area is the Province of Uusimaa. During the validity of the framework agreement, for assignments, the funder may also be other parties participating in the funding of an individual project.
