TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority establishes a framework arrangement related to special inspections of structures and repair design, to which framework agreement suppliers are selected. Based on this framework agreement, the contracting authority commissions special inspections of structures, repair design, design during the works, strengthening design and other related surveys. Under the framework agreement, expert assignments related to the design and inspections of structures that are not specified in the procurement documents may also be commissioned. The tasks are always defined separately for each individual assignment. Four (4) framework agreement suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement, unless there are fewer suppliers that meet the eligibility requirements concerning suppliers or fewer acceptable tenders. The contract area is the county of Uusimaa. During the validity of the framework agreement, for the assignments the funding may also include other parties participating in the financing of an individual project.
