TENDER DESCRIPTION

The call for tender concerns an order for cleaning services for the institutions of the Inner-Pest District Education Centre. The technical specification contains, in detail, the total area to be cleaned for the institutions, the number of annual deep cleans, the minimum staffing level required for daytime cleaners, the conditions for requesting ad hoc cleaning, and the tasks to be performed. The cleaning service includes cleaning and slip prevention of the public sidewalk in front of the institution, as well as continuous placement of sanitary paper, hand towels and soap in the restrooms according to consumption. The Contracting Authority provides the soap, sanitary paper, hand towels and the road-spraying de-icing/slip-prevention material. The institution covered by the partial tendering section: BP0101 Budapest V. District Hild József General School 1051 Budapest, Nádor u. 12. 5,726 m2 The Contracting Authority concludes a contract for 24 months. From 01.01.2028, it will be possible to increase the consideration proportionate to increases in the minimum wage, both in respect of the monthly fee and the hourly rate for ad hoc orders.
