Lot 1: Comprehensive cleaning service for the buildings of the City of Debrecen Mayor’s Office at Piac utca 20. (net floor area: 4,723.94 m2), Kálvin tér 11. (net floor area: 8,590.02 m2), Hatvan u. 23. (net floor area: 50 m2), Piac u. 26/A. (net floor area: 559.94 m2), Piac u. 79. (net floor area: 193.07 m2), Széchenyi utca 31. (net floor area: 131.00 m2), Vásáry István utca 4. (net floor area: 212.06 m2) – with daily, weekly, half-yearly/annual, and ad hoc frequency – and also including standby service for the building at Piac u. 20. and the building at Kálvin tér 11. Total net floor area: 14,460.03 m2. Lot 2: With respect to the building at Iparkamara u. 2. (Marriage Ceremony Hall and service premises, net floor area: 237 m2), during the contractual period the Contracting Authority shall order cleaning for the performance of cleaning before wedding ceremonies for a maximum of 40 occasions in total from the start of the contract period.
