TENDER DESCRIPTION

Regular (daily, weekly, monthly) cleaning of the building of the Budaörs District Court (2040 Budaörs, Koszorú u. 2.), and the performance of deep-cleaning tasks once per calendar year. Breakdown of the area to be cleaned by function: Courtrooms, offices: 1403 m2. Circulation areas: 855 m2. Ancillary facilities: 121 m2. Pantry: 15 m2. Other rooms: 535 m2. Total: 2929 m2. Total floor area affected by regular cleaning, expressed cumulatively in m2 for the entire contract duration: 1,461,524 m2 -1%. Breakdown of the area to be cleaned by surface type: - warm flooring: 1451 m2 (of which parquet: 58 m2, PVC: 646 m2) - cold flooring: 1478 m2. Tasks to be performed daily: • collecting boxes and other waste, emptying waste containers over the entire working area, placing plastic (nylon) bags into the waste bins; cleaning and washing washbasins, boiler, WC, urinals in ancillary facilities with disinfectant; disinfecting the door handles of wet blocks; cleaning mirrors, taps, rinse valves, towel holders, soap and paper towel dispenser units, and cleaning waste bins; • sweeping and damp mopping the floor surfaces of ancillary facilities, corridors, entrance hall, entrances and stairwells; •…
