The idea competition will identify the winner of the competition and, on the basis of the design proposed by the winner and Section 49(6) of the RHS, a procurement contract will be concluded with the winner, under which the educational building of Tallinna Lasnamäe State Upper Secondary School will be designed. The subject of the idea competition is the plot formed from the plots of land at Mustakivi tee 23 (78403:306:0014), Mustakivi tee 23b (78401:101:2956) and Mustakivi tee 21a (78403:316:0083).
