TENDER DESCRIPTION
An idea competition is used to determine the competition winner, and a procurement contract is concluded with them on the basis of the draft they provide and RHS § 49(6), under which the educational building of Tallinna Lasnamäe State Gymnasium is designed. The object of the idea competition is a plot formed from the plots of Mustakivi tee 23 (78403:306:0014), Mustakivi tee 23b (78401:101:2956), and Mustakivi tee 21a (78403:316:0083).
