The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for four years for the provision of design and construction works for the Tallinn University of Technology campus across Estonia. The framework agreement is concluded with up to ten economic operators who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender, who submit the lowest-price tender for the first object referred to in this technical specification.
