TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for four years for the performance of design and construction works for the campus of Tallinn University of Technology throughout Estonia. The framework agreement shall be concluded with up to ten economic operators submitting the most economically advantageous tender, who shall submit the lowest-priced tender for the first object referred to in this technical description.
