TENDER DESCRIPTION

2M-IT Oy operates on an in-house basis and competes for and provides ICT solutions and services to its owner customers as their framework and joint procurement contracting entity. Together with 2M-IT Oy, the owner customer, the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (the procurement end customer, “End Customer”), has initiated, by means of a contract notice and a request to participate, a competitive negotiated procedure whose subject matter is the ERP entity for the technology to be provided as a SaaS service (the “Technology”), including the licenses and usage rights (“Technology Licenses”), and the limited additional services that are immediately associated with the Technology and that are specified during the procurement procedure, such as services related to expert, support, product, interface, information security, usage rights, technical environment, or ensuring continuity to the extent that they are directly related to the use, management, maintenance of the offered SaaS technology or to development during the contract period.
