2M-IT Oy operates on a in-house basis and, as the contracting entity’s related and joint procurement unit, tenders for and produces ICT solutions and services for its owner-clients. The owner-client, the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (the procurement end customer, “End Customer”), together with 2M-IT Oy, has launched a competitive negotiated procedure by means of a contract notice and a request to participate. The subject matter is the licences and usage rights (“Technology Licences”) of an ERP solution (the “Technology”) provided as a SaaS service, which comprises functional areas of finance, logistics and procurement, as well as limited additional services that are directly related to the Technology and are specified during the procurement procedure, such as services related to expert services, support, products, interfaces, information security, usage rights, and ensuring the technical environment or continuity, to the extent that they are directly related to the use, administration, maintenance of the provided SaaS technology or development during the contract period.
