TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is an overall system for finance and enterprise resource planning control, as well as the related delivery project. The procurement includes, among other things, software and user rights, the required service and capacity environments, integrations, data conversions, training, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance services, and the continued development of the system. The delivery package will be procured mainly as an end-to-end delivery. The contracting entity aims for a modern, long-lasting and maintainable solution. As a primary option, a role-based SaaS service is preferred, in which the data is located in the EU/EEA area. The solution must support integrations, automation, reporting, data-driven management, and in the future also the use of artificial intelligence. The interfaces must be secure, monitored, and enable the use of information also in other information systems and data platforms.
