TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (hereinafter “the Contracting Entity”) is a procurement joint-stock company owned by the cities of Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti and Ylöjärvi, which is a contracting authority joint procurement entity as referred to in Section 4 of the Procurement Act. By this tender request, the Contracting Entity is competitive tendering for a comprehensive financial and human resources management service as a SaaS service for the cities of Kangasala and Orivesi and for the municipalities of Hämeenkyrö, Lempäälä, Pirkkala and Vesilahti (hereinafter “the Contracting Authority”). The procurement includes implementing the service entity, the associated information systems, implementation projects, and the continuous operation, support and development of the service. The exact content, scope, requirements, evaluation criteria, contract terms and other terms related to the procurement are described in the tender documents and their appendices, which together form the procurement documents.
