TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (hereinafter the Procurement Unit) is a procurement limited liability company owned by Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti and Ylöjärvi, which is a joint procurement unit as referred to in Section 4 of the Procurement Act. By means of this tender request, the Procurement Unit is running a competition for the overall service for finance and personnel administration as a SaaS service for the cities of Kangasala and Orivesi and for the municipalities of Hämeenkyrö, Lempäälä, Pirkkala and Vesilahti (hereinafter the Contracting Authorities). The procurement includes implementation of the service entity, the related information systems, implementation projects, as well as the continuous maintenance, support and development of the service. The precise content, scope, requirements, evaluation criteria, contract terms and other terms concerning the procurement are described in the tender request and its appendices, which together form the procurement documents in their entirety.
