TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (hereinafter the Contracting Entity) is a procurement joint-stock company owned by the cities of Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti and Ylöjärvi, which is a joint procurement contracting entity as referred to in Section 4 of the Procurement Act. With this invitation to tender, the Contracting Entity is procuring comprehensive financial and human resources management services as a SaaS service for the cities of Kangasala and Orivesi and for the municipalities of Hämeenkyrö, Lempäälä, Pirkkala and Vesilahti (hereinafter the Ordering Party). The procurement includes implementing the service entity, the related information systems, implementation projects, as well as the continuous maintenance, support and development of the service. The exact content, scope, requirements, award criteria, contract terms and other terms related to the procurement are described in the invitation to tender and its appendices, which together form the procurement documents.
