TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is financial and human resources management services and systems in accordance with what is specified in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 “Description of the subject of the procurement”. CONTRACT PERIOD The framework agreement is valid for an indefinite period. See also Section 4 of the framework agreement attached as Annex A to the invitation to tender. The delivery contract is valid until all work included in the delivery has been completed, the solution has been received and accepted successfully, and any warranty period has expired. See Sections 3 and 16 of the delivery contract in Annex 7. The validity of the services agreement is tied to the validity of the framework agreement. See Section 11 of the delivery contract in Annex 7. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The estimated value of the procurement for four (4) years is EUR 1,100,000.
