TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is financial and HR management services and systems in accordance with what is specified in the request for tenders and its appendices. The subject of the procurement is described in greater detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, in particular in Appendix 1 “Description of the subject of the procurement”. CONTRACT PERIOD The framework agreement is valid for an indefinite period. See also Section 4 of the framework agreement attached as Appendix A to the request for tenders. The delivery agreement is valid until all work included in the delivery has been completed, the solution has been received and accepted successfully, and any possible warranty period has expired. See Sections 3 and 16 of the delivery agreement attached as Appendix 7. The service agreement is tied to the validity of the framework agreement.
