TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the City of Sonkajärvi’s financial, personnel and payroll administration service package, which is provided as a total service during the contract period. The procurement includes the key information systems required to provide the services as software services, as well as the related deployment training, guidance, support and maintenance services. The service package covers financial administration services, payroll and personnel administration services, reporting, and service development. The service provider is responsible for the comprehensive provision of the service, the continuity of the service, the operability and maintenance of the systems, and for ensuring that the service supports the city’s monitoring of finances, reporting, data-driven management, and the development of service processes. The service must be implemented successfully in production by 1 January 2028. The contract is valid for four years, after which it is valid until further notice.
