The contracting entity, the South Ostrobothnia Welfare Area, requests Tenders for the following procurement entity; the procurement of the financial administration and planning system entity and the related services. The subject of the procurement is divided into four main parts: - Rights of use for the financial administration and planning system entity - Support and maintenance services for the financial administration and planning system entity to the extent agreed - Complementary expert services for separately ordered tasks of expert work, such as, for example, further development of the system entity and organising trainings - A delivery and implementation project for the financial administration and planning system entity, which includes the delivery and implementation of the system entity, the implementation of the related support and maintenance services, and the conversion and migration of the Client’s existing data to the new system entity.
