The contracting authority, the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county, requests Tenders for the following procurement package; the procurement package of an accounting and planning system entity and the related services. The subject of the procurement is divided into four main parts: - Usage rights to the accounting and planning system entity - Support and maintenance services for the accounting and planning system entity to the agreed extent - Complementary expert services for separately ordered expert work tasks, such as, for example, further development of the system entity and arranging trainings - An delivery and implementation project for the accounting and planning system entity, which includes the delivery and implementation of the system entity, implementation of the related support and maintenance services, and the conversion and migration of the Client’s existing data to the new system entity.
