The main user of the building is Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy. The premises are planned for the needs of the company’s entire personnel and business operations. The building will house, among other things, bus washing and repair facilities, a rolling-stock hall, and office premises. The estimated gross floor area of the building is approximately 11,100 gross square metres (brm²). The project will be implemented as an integrated collaborative project management contracting (project management procurement contract).
