TENDER DESCRIPTION

The agreement consists of the supply of fuel and charging cards and thereby the fuel for the vehicles of the GGD BZO. This is implemented through an agreement with a single supplier. For this agreement, the initial term is 4 years, followed by the option to extend the agreement once by two years. Thereafter, the agreement ends by operation of law. The agreement is expected to start on 01-01-2027 and will then apply to all vehicles of the GGD BZO. During the term, the GGD BZO has the right to add vehicles, to cancel vehicles, or to change the type of fuel, if this is necessary or desired, without this affecting the prices and the corresponding term of the agreement.
