TENDER DESCRIPTION
The VRH wants to establish a cooperation with a supplier who can provide all VRH vehicles with a fuel and/or charging card. The card must allow refueling at all petrol stations in the Netherlands and/or charging at all public charging points in the Netherlands. In the settlement, the VRH bases the price on the price shown on the meter/pump during charging or refueling. It must be possible to manage per card which type of fuel can be pumped and whether additional items such as washing, oil, AdBlue, parking, etc., are permitted. Setting a PIN code, spending limit, or blocking cards must also be easy to manage centrally. Information on consumption per refueling/charging per vehicle must be digitally available as an overview so that this information can be incorporated into our data warehouse. The scope depends on the tender offers, developments in fuel prices, and consumption.
