TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tankumsee Betriebsgesellschaft mbH plans to replace the building complex at Tankumsee, which includes the Bistro Seeblick, the DLRG, Sanitary Building 4 and the Water Sports Centre, with new construction on the same site. Geographically, the property is located on the northern edge of Tankumsee, which is in the Samtgemeinde Isenbüttel, between the towns of Gifhorn and Wolfsburg. To the east of Tankumsee runs the Elbe Side Canal. The new building is intended, to the required extent, to provide rooms for the uses Bistro, DLRG and Sanitary Building 4, and the Water Sports Centre is also to find its facilities there. Thus, four uses are to be brought together at one site.
