TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the procurement of the audio/PA system for the Tapiolasal Hall of the Espoo Cultural Centre. The procurement includes delivery of the audio/PA system, installation of the equipment ready for use, as well as configuration, commissioning, and documentation of the system. NOTE! A MANDATORY SITE VISIT is required as a condition for submitting a tender. A mandatory site visit will be held at the Tapiolasal Hall (Kulttuuriaukio 2, 02100 Espoo). The site visits will be arranged at the following times: 4.9.2026 from 12.00 to 14.00 9.9.2026 from 10.00 to 12.00 The tenderer must participate in one of the site visits listed above. Notification of participation in the site visit must be sent by email to [email protected] no later than the day before the visit.
