TENDER DESCRIPTION

Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCI) This lot covers the delivery of Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCIs) across Thames Water's wastewater network to identify and reduce the risk of sewer blockages, pollution incidents, sewer flooding and customer service disruption. Suppliers will be required to undertake investigations within defined catchment areas identified by Thames Water. Activities may include sewer and manhole inspections, sewer cleaning, CCTV surveys, identification of root causes of network issues, delivery of first-time-fix activities where appropriate, and the development of recommendations for follow-on works. Suppliers will be responsible for providing all labour, vehicles, equipment and associated resources necessary to deliver the services, together with the collection and submission of inspection data, CCTV records, photographs and other required outputs. The framework will operate across the Thames Water region. Work packages will be issued by Thames Water throughout the term of the framework and may vary in size, volume and location. It is anticipated that there will be a delivery of approximately 2257 TCIs per annum across the Thames Water network.…
