TENDER DESCRIPTION

Participation in the site visit is mandatory in order to submit a tender. The site visit will be held on 12.10 at 9.00. Registration for the site visit must be made by 9.10 by 15.00 at [email protected]. The procurement will be carried out as a single procurement in one lot. The tenderer must offer all the services and tasks specified in the request for tenders. The specified services and tasks are minimum requirements of the request for tenders, and failure to meet them or their absence from the tender will lead directly to rejection as non-compliant with the request for tenders. The contract is made for two (2) + two (2) years, of which the first two (2) years of the contract are fixed and the remaining period consists of options. The options must be taken into use no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period.
