The City of Hämeenlinna requests your tender concerning tree felling services for climbing tasks. This is a procurement that the contracting authority was required to cancel due to ambiguity in the invitation to tender. This is a framework arrangement that is competed by an open procedure, and the invitation to tender documents are available to all openly in the tender service. This is a services contract exceeding the national threshold value. This is a framework arrangement in which the Contracting Party and the service provider enter into a framework agreement within the scope of the procurement documents. The Contracting Party does not commit to any purchase quantities during the term of the agreement. The Contracting Party orders service products during the term of the agreement as needed and within the scope of the agreement’s delivery terms.
