TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a framework arrangement for tree care work in the built environment for the period 2026-2030 in the city of Lahti. The care work includes, for example, the following tasks: - structural pruning of young and maturing trees - maintenance pruning of fully grown trees - maintenance pruning of old trees - special pruning, such as shaping pruning and reducing the canopy size - condition assessments - tree removal - canopy supports - stump grinding - transport services related to tree care and felling services In addition, we ask for a tender for the disposal off-site of material accumulated during the work using a lorry equipped with a brush container, as well as for consultancy services, for example for assessing the need for tree care. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the attachment "general contract terms, tree care in the built environment". The work will be invoiced on an hourly billing basis, unless otherwise stated. The ordered work consists of relatively small, short-term jobs, the quantity of which is not known in advance.
