The contract starts on the date of its signing by the second party, and its term cannot exceed 37 months, lasting until the full fulfillment of obligations or exhaustion of the initial contract value. The Supplier is committed to providing services for 36 months from the contract's effective date. Within 14 working days of the contract's effective date, or another specified term, the Buyer must prepare and submit a service provision schedule to the Supplier for approval.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision of services for organizing business trips and receiving delegations in Lithuania, along with other general travel agency services.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Formation, reservation, and sale of non-aircraft travel tickets, including 24/7 service line assistance throughout the trip (excluding the ticket price).
• Organization of accommodation services for official delegations and guests in hotels within Lithuania (excluding the hotel room price).
• Organization of public catering services (excluding the catering price).
• Reservation of desired premises for rent (excluding the premises rental price).
• Organization of cultural programs (excluding the cultural program price).
• Organization of transport services using various types of transport (per vehicle, excluding the transport service price).
