TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the ordering of maintenance services for lifts (including scissor lifts) in the University of Tartu buildings, in accordance with the technical description set out in Annex 1 to the HD. The performance period of the framework contract is 01.10.2026 – 30.09.2030. The start date of the framework contract is indicative and not legally binding. If the contract is signed later than 01.10.2026, then performance of the procurement contract will begin immediately after the contract is signed, and the procurement contract will be valid for 48 (forty-eight) months from the time of signing. The tenderer may inspect the sites/objects.
