The objective is to engage an experienced international service provider for Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility Services. This aims to centralize worldwide tax, payroll, and compliance services for cross-border employee assignments under a single point of contact. The goal is to ensure global compliance, standardize processes, and significantly reduce internal administrative burdens.

The services are intended for international employee assignments, long-term secondments, rotation models, and cross-border business trips within and outside Europe, including countries like Spain, Belgium, Singapore, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates. Both local company structures and Employer-of-Record models will be utilized.

The contract is for a duration from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, with a possibility of up to three extensions, each for two years, making the maximum contract term eight years.
