TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is, as required, maintenance cleaning services that must be called in and ordered. The service is used to cover replacements for the contracting authority’s own cleaning service personnel during annual leave, sick leave, training or other absences, and for taking turns/covering shifts. The more detailed description of the service to be procured can be found in Appendix 1 to the request for tenders, “Service description_Maintenance cleaning”. During the contract period, the contracting authority does not commit to any specific procurement quantities or a minimum purchase obligation; instead, the service is purchased according to the actual, sudden or previously known need.
