TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is, when necessary, maintenance cleaning services that are to be called off and ordered. The service is used to cover substitutions and backfilling for the contracting authority’s own cleaning service personnel during annual leave, sick leave, training periods or other absences. A more detailed description of the service to be procured is available in Annex 1 to the request for tender, "Palvelukuvaus_Ylläpitosiivous". The contracting authority does not commit to any specific procurement quantities or a minimum purchasing obligation during the contract period; instead, the service is purchased according to the actual, sudden or beforehand known need.
