TENDER DESCRIPTION
Monument-appropriate restoration of the historic plaster façade of the Metal Technical School in Solingen. Cleaning and preparatory work will be carried out on approximately 1,100 m² of façade area, local plaster and crack repairs, façade coatings, approximately 735 linear meters of reveals and façade divisions as well as coating of 22 steel parapet railings. The façade scaffolding will be provided by the client.
