TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Council requires suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a Framework Agreement to undertake HC projects which cover a range of minor highway improvement works including resurfacing of minor and major roads and footways and small network management improvement works to support the delivery of their Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (HIAMP). For works up to £150k plus BCIS Index. Suppliers will be ranked on their submission scores. The highest scoring supplier will be offered the work first, if they are unable to complete the contract, the second ranked supplier will be offered the work and so on. The budgets may fluctuate on an annual basis.
