Technické zabezpečenie externej časti maturitnej skúšky a pilotných testovaní na školách v SR na obdobie školských rokov 2026/2027 – 2027/2028

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract consists of technical provision for the external part of the school-leaving examination and pilot testing at primary and secondary schools of the Slovak Republic, including: • processing answer sheets by recognition, • extracting data from scanned manually completed answer sheet forms, • centralised evaluation of responses recorded in the answer sheet forms, • technical support in database administration and updates by NÚCEM and in preparing shipments to schools. The successful tenderer will create a common data base for all types of data with which the contracting authority works in the implementation of the school-leaving examination, including support for searching data according to various parameters, creation of reports and print layouts. The subject of performance also includes the design, optimisation and design of forms on self-copying A4-format sheets, as well as printing the answer sheet forms.
