TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Public Contract is the performance of a technical assessment (modernisation) of a total of 4 trams Vario 2/2 IN manufactured by PRAGOIMEX a.s., Company Identification Number (IČO): 158 88 100, with its registered office at Pod náspem 795/12, Libeň, 190 00 Prague 9, owned by the Contracting Authority, within the scope defined by Annex No. 1 and Annexes No. 2a) - 2c) containing the technical specification of the subject of performance of this Public Contract and the binding draft of the Contract. The performance includes, in particular, professional works, delivery and installation of all components, materials and equipment necessary for the proper performance of the modernisation, carrying out the required tests and inspections, bringing the modernised vehicles into an operationally capable condition, handing over the required technical and accompanying documentation, training, if required by Annex No. 1, and removing identified defects. The scope of individual actions, technical parameters, compatibility requirements, acceptance and warranty are determined exclusively by Annex No. 1 and the draft Contract.
