TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender includes the conclusion of framework agreements with up to two (2) economic operators with the intention of meeting the need for technology (e.g. citizen terminals) for software-based support of appointment management/citizen/visitor guidance systems in different configurations and technical functions of the entitled contracting authorities. ekom21 uses the software "VOIS|TEVIS" (citizen and visitor guidance system) for its customers. This software is used as an organisational tool which, among other things, enables appointment management for municipalities, citizen-friendly services such as, for example, using a citizen/visitor guidance system via different options for calling systems/guidance systems, or online appointment booking via the municipality’s website. The technology components put out to tender must therefore be compatible with VOIS|TEVIS. For the regular term of the framework agreement, a maximum value of EUR 500,000.00 (net) has been set. The maximum value is based on the experience from recent years, including estimated additional requirements.
